About Me

Hmm… Growing up middle-class indian family, engineering felt like the obvious choice. After completing my bachelor’s, design wasn’t really the plan — it just happened to me. 😅

I joined a startup as a fresher, doing random chart work and artwork for fun. In my free time, I’d doodle and pin my drawings around the office walls (free decoration service!). One day, our founder noticed and said, You’ve got an eye for design — how about trying UI/UX?

And just like that, my design journey officially began on January 1, 2020, when I joined a growing SaaS startup as a Junior UI/UX Designer. Since then, I’ve worn many hats — from designing intuitive interfaces to collaborating closely with QA and development teams, ensuring every pixel translates perfectly into real-world performance.

Over the years, I evolved into a Product Manager and Design Lead, driving the complete product lifecycle — from ideation and UX research to design delivery, testing, and launch.

Currently, I lead design and product initiatives at SurveyHeart, a large-scale SaaS platform for online form and quiz creation. My role bridges the gap between user experience, business goals, and technical implementation, ensuring that every product decision delivers both delight and measurable value.

I believe design isn’t just about how something looks — it’s about how it works, feels, and connects with people.

Before sketching a single line, I dive deep into understanding why the problem exists.
Through user interviews, stakeholder discussions, and data exploration, I discover pain points, motivations, and behaviors.

Ideas begin where empathy meets imagination.
I brainstorm freely, through sketches, Flow chart, and collaborative with team to explore multiple solutions.

I sketch low-fidelity layouts to visualize content hierarchy and navigation flow before diving into visuals.
